New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bodh Gaya, has successfully concluded its placement season for the academic session 2022-23, where it recorded the highest CTC at INR 48.58 lakhs.
During the IIM Bodh Gaya placements 2022, the median and average domestic packages of the batch were INR 15.25 lakh and INR 16 lakh, respectively.

During the placements 2022, the median and average domestic packages have experienced a tremendous increase of 34% and 22% year-over-year (YoY).
Further, the top 25, 50, and 75 percentiles of the batch's domestic packages each received an average of INR 21.82 lakh, INR 18.79 lakh, and INR 17.08 lakh.
This year, Over 200 students participated in the IIM Bodh Gaya final placements, where nearly 70 companies also participated, in which the BFSI, consulting, FMCG, IT and analytics, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors contributed to be the highest recruiters.
With over 50% of all offers, BFSI was the largest employer. A total of 97 offers were made to the graduating class as a result of the participation of all the major banks, insurance companies, and fintech companies, including Axis Bank, BNY Mellon, HDFC Bank, HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities, ICICI Prudential, IDBI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, SBI Capital, Fincare SFB, Spice Money, and Yes Bank.
The BFSI sector was followed by consulting, IT services and analytics firms extending 53 offers altogether
Some of the major recruiters in the consulting and analytics space were Deloitte US, Tiger Analytics, Kantar Analytics Practice, Kore.ai Software, Factspan Analytics, Brillio, CRISIL, and Accelalpha.
Sutherland Global, Bharti Airtel, CTS, Trinamix Inc, HCL Tech, iQuanti India, Infosys BPM, Zycus, Adobe Inc, Affinity, DemandFarm, and Park+ were some of the prominent IT and services providers.
The metals and mining and manufacturing sector offered 30 job offers from companies such as Adani Group, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, Hindalco Industries Limited, Mercedes-Benz, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, Ultratech Cement, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles Limited, and DTDC.
The graduating batch of the IIM Bodh Gaya also recorded participation from e-commerce giants such as FMCG, and market research firms like Amazon India, Bluestone, Haldirams, Reliance Retail, MoEngage, and Porter.
