The Centre for Public Policy at IIM Bangalore will host the XV International Conference on Public Policy and Management from 24 to 26 August 2020. The conference, which will be held online, will see more than 30 papers being presented in two parallel sessions over three days.

The conference will be inaugurated on 24 August at 9 am by Justice Madan B Lokur, former Justice of the Supreme Court of India. Professor Rishikesha T Krishnan, the director of IIM Bangalore, and Professor M S Sriram, the Chairperson of the Centre for Public Policy at IIM Bangalore, will deliver the welcome addresses.
On 25 August, from 6:30 to 8 pm, a special conversation will be held on Public Policy for Food and Agricultural Markets: Planet Micro and Planet Macro between Professor Barbara Harriss-White, Economist and Emeritus Professor at Development Studies, and Dr. Mekhala Krishnamurthy, Senior Fellow at CPR and Associate Professor of Sociology and Anthropology at Ashoka University.
The valedictory address will be delivered by Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, Chief Scientist, World Health Organization, on 26 August 2020 at 2 pm.
