New Delhi: IIM Ahmedabad and ENAC France offer a modern management programme for aviation and aeronautics professionals. The six-month programme provides dual certification, dual alumni status, and 10-day campus immersions at IIMA and ENAC in France.
Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile (ENAC) is widely regarded as the premier aeronautics and aviation university in Europe, offering a vast array of training, study, and research opportunities. It is also well-known for teaching ATPL and MPL pilots for airlines like Air France, Easy Jet, China Eastern, and many more.
As per IIM Ahmedabad, the curriculum is designed to provide a complete understanding of the ideas, methods, and policies of the aviation and aeronautics industry, encompassing technical, leadership, and business management elements.
The eligibility requirements for the programme include a minimum of five years of relevant employment experience and a minimum grade point average of at least fifty percent.
The application deadline is October 31, 2022, and the course begins on November 10, 2022. Candidates interested in learning more about the program can email inquiry-blp@iima.ac.in.
Participants from a variety of aviation, aeronautics, and allied sectors of the economy will learn aviation and airport operational processes & management, multi-modal logistics, infrastructure development, public-private partnerships, mergers & acquisitions in aviation, ESG, sustainability, and IT strategy & applications, among other topics.
According to the official press release, participants will learn about evolving operational and technological aspects of aviation and air transportation operations and management, big data applications and optimization, maintenance and safety concerns, drones and UTM, and air traffic management.
