IIIT Delhi PhD Admission 2022 Open Under AICTE Doctoral Fellowship Scheme; Deadline Extended till Sept 25

New Delhi: IIIT Delhi has extended the last date to apply for admission to its PhD program offered in various specializations under the AICTE Doctoral Fellowship (ADF) Scheme till September 25, 2022. Interested candidates can apply for online admission at www.iiitd.ac.in.

Candidates who wish to apply for PhD admissions at IIIT Delhi are required to submit their online application form along with a copy of the required documents on the official website at iiitd.ac.in. Applications submitted after the given deadline will not be considered for admissions.

Under the IIIT Delhi PhD Admission 2022, candidates can apply for various specializations such as Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), and Computational Biology (CB) for the academic session 2022-23.

IIIT Delhi PhD Admission 2022: How to Apply Online?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Delhi at iiitd.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the latest IIIT Delhi PhD Admission 2022 link available on the homepage. 

Step 3: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id, etc.

Step 4: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all required details in the Application form.

Step 5: Pay the application fee and submit the IIIT Delhi PhD Admission 2022 Application form. 

Step 6: Applicants must also take a printout of the application form for all future needs.

As per the official website, candidates who are selected for the admission process will be provided with a fellowship amount of INR 31,000/- for the first two years and INR 35,000/- for the third year. Selection will be based on overall academic qualifications and interview round. 

"Contingency Grant will be admissible to the scholars at the rate of Rs 15,000 per annum to meet the miscellaneous expenditures. Additional financial support will also be provided for purchasing laptops, salary top-up, Overseas Research Fellowships (ORF), travel for research, etc” it reads.
