IIEST MBA Admission 2023 Open; Apply till March 31

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST) has begun the application process of the MBA programme for the academic session 2023-25. Aspiring candidates can apply for IIEST programmes in online mode. The deadline to register online for the MBA programme is March 31, 2023.
IIEST Shibpur offers a two-year MBA program in four specializations;

• Marketing Management
• Human Resource Management
• Financial Management
• Operations Management. 

Candidates seeking MBA admission can submit their applications on or before the deadline. IIEST MBA Admission is done considering the scores in management entrance exams like CAT/ XAT/ MAT /CMAT / GMAT followed by a personal interview conducted by the institute. IIEST MBA Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the  IIEST MBA Programme will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria.

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Humanities, Arts, Commerce, Business Administration with a minimum of 60% marks (CGPA = 6.5 on 10 point or equivalent) for UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS and 55% marks (CGPA = 6.0 on a 10-point scale) for SC/ST/PWD candidates in the Honours/ Major subject with a valid score in MAT/ CMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ GMAT. 
• Candidates in their final year graduation examination (and fulfilling the eligibility conditions stated above) may also apply. 
• However, if selected, they will be provisionally admitted and the admission will be cancelled if they fail to produce the result of their final examinations satisfying the eligibility criterion of the course on or before September 30, 2023 (Subject to change). 

IIEST MBA Admission 2023: Selection Process

Candidate's selection process would be a two–tier process.

• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of CAT/ XAT /MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT scores. 
• These shortlisted applicants will be further called for the online interview.
• After the initial screening of eligible applicants, the following weights are allotted 
  • Academic Performance (Starting from class 10th onwards) (5) 
  • 0%Performance in the Interview (50%).
  • Final selection will be made on the basis of past academic performance, entrance scores, and the interview.

Step 1: Visit the official portal of IIEST @www.iiests.ac.in.

Step 2: Go to the homepage, search for the registration window and download the application form.

Step 3: Next, fill in all the required details in the Application form and upload the necessary documents.

Step 4: Now, preview the application form and submit it.

Step 5: Take a print out of the form for all your future needs.
