New Delhi: Delhi University has started the second phase of DU UG Admission 2022 process for filling online choice preferences today, September 26, 2022. Registered candidates can choose their preferred colleges and courses through the DU CSAS portal till October 10, 2022.
As per Delhi University, candidates are advised to choose as many colleges and courses they want for admission during the phase 2 admission process. The first merit list for UG admissions will be published on October 10, 2022 on the official website at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
After the choice filling process, the university will calculate the program-specific merit scores on the basis of the eligibility criteria of applicants. Candidates are required to confirm their scores before selecting their preferences for college and programs for DU UG admissions.
This year, Delhi University along with many central and state universities has decided to accept Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG 2022) scores for UG admissions. Selection of applicants for admissions will now be based on test scores instead of class 12th board marks.
DU UG Phase 2 Admissions 2022: How to Fill Choices Online?
Step 1: Visit the official Delhi University's Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS-2022) portal at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
Step 2: From the homepage, click on the "DU UG Admission 2022" registration link available.
Step 3: Login by entering your registration credentials and click on submit to continue.
Step 4: Enter the CUET UG 2022 scores with care and choose the course and colleges as per your interest.
Step 5: Review your choices with care and click on the final submission option to complete your phase 2 admission process.

Candidates are advised to fill out as many preferences for DU UG Admissions 2022 based on their CUET UG 2022 scores. The university will publish a trial allotment list for all registered candidates to check on its official website at du.ac.in in the second week of October 2022.
Informing about DU UG Phase 2 Admission 2022 process, Delhi University said, “It is in the interest of the candidate to choose as many programs as he/she wishes to join, provided he/she fulfills the Program-Specific eligibility of the selected programs”.
“The candidate must take utmost care while selecting the Program/s. Only the Programs selected by the candidate during the Preference-Filling phase will be considered for allocations and upgradations (if any)” it further added.
As per the reports, a total of 6.5 lakh students have registered for admission to DU UG courses in the phase 1 admission process. Registered candidates are advised to complete their phase 2 admission process and submit the application for the same on or before the given deadline.
