Clarifying the criteria for DU UG Admission 2022, Vice-Chancellor Yogesh Singh stated that admission to non-reserved 50% seats for undergraduate courses will be done based on the CUET scores of the candidates.
While for minority colleges, 50% of admission seats will be reserved for minority students. Under this, both St Stephen’s College and Jesus and Mary College have reserved their 50% admission seats for Christian students.
Additionally, for non-reserved colleges, the selection of candidates for DU UG Courses 2022 admission seats will be done based on the candidate's performance in CUET 2022 examination and the overall merit list released by the university.
The remaining 15% of admission seats will be decided by the respective colleges. The admissions to minority institutes, such as JMC and St Stephen’s College, will be done through CUET 2022 only, DU Vice-Chancellor further added.
