DME Tripura MSc Nursing Admission 2022 Open, Last Date to Apply is November 25

New Delhi: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Tripura has begun the application process for the MSc Nursing programme for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @dme.tripura.gov.in. 

DME Tripura offers MSc Nursing in subjects like Community Health Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, and Obstetrics & Gynecology Nursing. Candidates seeking admission to the MSc Nursing programme can submit their applications till November 25, 2022. 

The M.SC nursing seats are offered for all Open category candidates at School & College of nursing (TIPS), Amtali, Agartala for the academic session 2022-23.

DME Tripura MSc Nursing Admission 2022-23: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the MSc Nursing programme will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates seeking admission in the M.Sc. nursing courses in different universities of Tripura must be one of the registered nurse or registered midwife or any equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
• Candidates must have passed B.Sc. Hons. Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with more than 55% marks in the qualifying exam if they belong to the general category and a minimum 50% marks must be secured by the applicants in the qualifying exams if they belong to the reserved category from a recognized board or university to apply for the admission procedure.

DME Tripura MSc Nursing Admission 2022-23: Selection Process

• Candidate's selection to the MSc Nursing programme will be based on their academic qualifications and their performance in the written test conducted by the DME. 
• The DME Tripura will conduct an offline entrance exam for granting admissions to the MSc Nursing programme. The question paper of the entrance exam will be published in the English language with a maximum of 100 multiple choice questions of 100 marks.

DME Tripura MSc Nursing Admission 2022-23: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of DME Tripura @https://dme.tripura.gov.in/. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.

DME Tripura MSc Nursing Admission 2022-23: Documents Required 

All the eligible candidates are required to carry the following documents such as 

• Name of the candidate-
• Fathers name / Husband Name-
• Present address / permanent address-
• Category-
• Madhyamik Admit card- denoting date of birth of the Candidate.
• Qualification Certificate / Mark sheet of B.SC nursing / Post basic B.SC nursing securing minimum 55% marks, 5% relaxation for ST, SC candidates in any of the Exam.
• Registration Certificate of Tripura Nursing Council-
• Certificate of One year experience in Nursing Care or Nursing Education in an approved Hospital/ Education Institution/Public Health Agency-
• Pass Certificate of University regarding passing out the B.Sc. Nursing/PB. B.Sc. Nursing Courses,
• Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate (PRTC),

The filled up application with copies of relevant documents as prescribed in the particulars stated above must reach the DME Tripura on or before November 25, 2022, till 4 p.m.
