DME Tripura Invites Applications for 6 Months Ultra Sonography Training; Read Details Here

New Delhi: Director of Medical Education (DME), Tripura is inviting applications from MBBS Doctors for a 6-month Ultra Sonography Training program. Candidates who have a valid score in NEET PG 2022 can apply for the training program at dme.tripura.gov.in.

The Ultra Sonography Training namely, "the fundamentals of Abodomino-Pelvic Ultra Sonography level 1” will begin for MBBS doctors who have qualified in NEET PG 2022 but have not been admitted to any PG courses at Agartala Government Medical College and GBP Hospital, Agartala. 

Candidates who have obtained an MBBS degree from any recognised university and are registered with MCI are eligible to apply for the training. Interested candidates must note that those who are pursuing any other course will not be considered for admission to this course.

At the time of NEET PG counselling, candidates are required to have a copy of their MBBS pass mark sheet, registration certificate of MCI/TSMC, Internship completion certificate, NEET PG 2022 admit card and scorecard, age proof, Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate, etc. 

Selection of applicants for the training will be done based on their rank in the merit list of NEET PG 2022. The registration fee for the course is INR 1000/- and shortlisted applicants are required to pay the course fee of INR 10,000/- to confirm their admissions seats. 

Informing about the program, the official notice reads, "on completion of 6-month training, candidates will have to appear for a competence-based evaluation. On successful completion of the evaluation, certificates will be offered to participants by the Director of Medical Education”.
