DME MP Announces BSc Nursing Admissions Counseling Schedule for Government Nursing Colleges

New Delhi: The Director of Medical Education (DME MP) has issued the timetable for BSc Nursing admissions counselling for government nursing institutes. On January 19, 2023, the first round's allocation will take place. 

In response to vacancies in the MBBS and BDS programmes, DME has recently released the schedule for college-level (CLC) admission. The counselling schedule ended on December 21, 2022. This round was open to registered candidates who had not received a seat in round one, round two, or the mop-up round.

DME MP BSc Nursing Admissions: Eligibility

  1. One of the requirements for eligibility is that the applicant should be an Indian citizen. 
  1. State residents are a requirement for the candidates and the applicants must be between the ages of 17 and 30. 
  1. The student must have completed science coursework from an accredited board in the 12th grade. 
  1. Students must have obtained a minimum cumulative score of 50% on the higher secondary exam in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Math for the general category and 45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

DME MP BSc Nursing Admissions: Instructions

  1. Candidate must have an Aadhar Card 
  1. At the time of counselling, candidates must present photo identification (Aadhar card, pan card, voter id, driver's licence, or passport). 
  1. Seats will be assigned in accordance with the candidate's choices and admission exam ranking. 
  1. The candidates will have all of the original documents and certificates on the day of counselling for verification prior to admission.
