DME Gujarat Extends Date of Choice Filling for PG Medical and Dental Admissions till November 24

New Delhi: The Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has notified that the deadline for submitting PG Medical and Dental preference forms has been extended (DME Gujarat) till November 24, 2022. 

As per the DME Gujarat notice, the third online mop-up round's choice-filing deadline has been extended till 4 pm on November 24, 2022. Candidates must consent from their login in order to participate in the third mop-up round, Candidates will have the option to modify, switch, add, or remove their third online mop-up round choices. 

Here are some Instructions for Choice Filling:

1. Seats are assigned online based on merit and preference. As a result, it is a merit-based allocation.
2. Options include specific branches, specific institutes or locations, government or SFI, and fee-based options.
3. The choices available to candidates and the seat assignments in the second round will be made in accordance with the first round's conclusion.
4. Candidates are not permitted to be admitted in the same subject at the same institute in the following rounds of counselling if they are unable to accept the seat that has been assigned for any reason.
5. The choices are: Candidates can view all options, fill an option to begin the selection process, and print a filled option. Choice: After options have been locked, you may print the choice list.
6. Choices Available: The candidate has access to all options.
7. Please double-check term and annual fees.
8. In the case of NRI admission, candidates must pay term fees at the time of admission in the amount of Rs. 10 lakh by DD made out to "ACPUGMEC," payable in Gandhinagar.
9. Sort options based on institute type, seat type, branch, subject, and branch of study.
10. Include options. Candidates are allowed to add an infinite number of options.
11. Candidates can rearrange and remove options based on their preferences.

Candidate choices may be rearranged in order of serial number.

13. Add Options: From the left-side panel, you can add options to the right-side panel.
14. Green: SFI Institute; Blue: Government Institute.
15. GQ, MQ, and NRI quotas are all acronyms for government quotas.
16. Candidates can review their selections after saving and leaving the choices page.
17. To change your selections, click on modify.
18. Candidates can lock their selections after entering their 14-digit PIN number.
19. The candidates are required to print out their locked selections. The committee will only take into account choices for locked printouts whenever a question is raised.
20. After entering their 14-digit PIN number, candidates can unlock their selections once more to change them.
21. On the final day, choices that candidates do not lock will be locked automatically.
