New Delhi: The third online mop-up round for PG Medical and Dental admission was announced by the Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) in New Delhi. The list of unreported candidates for round 2 has also been made public on the official website.

Choice-filling Guidelines:
- Seats are assigned online based on merit and preference. As a result, it is a merit-based allocation.
- Options include specific branches, specific institutes or locations, government or SFI, and fee-based options.
- The choices available to candidates and the seat assignments in the second round will be made in accordance with the first round's conclusion.
- Candidates are not permitted to be admitted in the same subject at the same institute in the following rounds of counselling if they are unable to accept the seat that has been assigned for any reason.
- The candidates have the following options: Available Choice; Fill Choice; Print Filled; Fill Choice: To begin the Choice Filling Process. Choice: After options have been locked, you may print the choice list.
- Choices Available: The candidate has access to all options.
- Candidates should double-check term and annual fees.
- In the case of NRI admission, candidates must pay term fees at the time of admission in the amount of Rs. 10 lakh by DD made out to "ACPUGMEC," payable in Gandhinagar.
- Sort options based on institute type, seat type, branch, subject, and branch of study.
- Include options. Candidates are allowed to add an infinite number of options.
- Candidates can rearrange and remove options based on their preferences.
- Candidate options may be rearranged in order of serial number.
- Add Options: From the left-side panel, you can add options to the right-side panel.
- Green: SFI Institute; Blue: Government Institute.
- GQ, MQ, and NRI quotas are all acronyms for government quotas.
- Candidates can review their selections after saving and leaving the choices page.
- To change your selections, click on modify.
- Candidates can lock their selections after entering their 14-digit PIN number.
- The candidates are required to print out their locked selections. The committee will only take into account choices for locked printouts if a question is raised.
- After entering their 14-digit PIN number, candidates can unlock their selections once more to change them.
- On the final day, choices that candidates do not lock will be locked automatically.
Participation Procedure:
Step 1: Candidates who have not received a seat assignment, but not confirmation, or confirmation of admission but cancellation of admission prior to round 2 of admission are eligible to participate in the third online mop-up round. The candidates who have reported/joined & secured admission in 50% AIQ/Deemed/Central Universities/AFMC (MD/MS/Diploma/MDS) seats OR DNB seats OR Seats of Gujarat state counselling OR Other state counselling are the only ones who cannot participate in the third online mop-up round of the ACPPGMEC.
Step 2: In order to participate in the third round of voting and any subsequent rounds, candidates must give their online consent. If not, the candidate will not be taken into account during the allocation process.
Step 3: The candidates must log into the website www.medadmgujarat.org with their User ID and Password to give online consent for participation in the third online mop-up round.
Step 4 : The seats available for admission in the first and second rounds will not be available in the third online mop-up round or any subsequent rounds, according to the student's merit. The last rank of the results from the first and second rounds can be found on the website www.medadmgujarat.org, which is advised to candidates.
Step 5: Candidates have the option to modify, swap, add, or remove their checked choices from the first and second rounds.
Step 6: In order to receive an admission order, the candidate must print out the third online mop-up round allotment order, pay any tuition differences, if any, and appear at the help centre. If they don't show up at the help centre within the allotted time, their new admittance will be cancelled. They therefore do not have access to any seats in this situation.
Step 7: Regardless of his choice filling, the candidate will not be offered admission to the seats available in the third online MOP UP round based on their merit in the first or second round of seat allotment, in accordance with Rule No. 12 (viii) (Merit Closure Rule) of the 2018 PG Admission Rules.
Seat Matrix:
A total of 60 seats are allotted for the 3rd online mop-up round. The Non-converted MD /MS/ diploma round-2 seats due to reduced cutoff are 43 seats.
