New Delhi: University of Delhi (DU) is organising a series of public webinars to guide students and interested candidates on its new admission process based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores for undergraduate courses for the academic session 2022-23.
As per Delhi University, a total of five webinars will be held to help students with the admission process and selection of preferences. The first webinar was held today, September 27, 2022 on the topic "Explaining UG admissions under Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS)-2022".
After this, the university will organise the second webinar for students on September 28, 2022 (Wednesday) in the afternoon. The session will introduce participants to the Undergraduate Curriculum Framework and courses introduced in line with National Education Policy 2020.
Informing about the Delhi University UG Admission 2022 process, Delhi University stated that with this step, students will have the opportunity to learn about the new four-year DU undergraduate programs which will be introduced to newly admitted students.
In addition to this, the next webinar sessions will cover the DU UG Admission 2022 process through the sports and ECA quotas and reservation policies. Students will learn how to apply, select preferences and undergraduate course admissions guidelines during the session.
DU officials said, “The candidates who have successfully completed their application process in Phase I must proceed to make their preferences for programs and colleges. The candidates who have yet not completed Phase I can now do so and proceed to Phase II”.
“It is advisable to choose the maximum number of preferences as adding/editing the programs and colleges after the deadline for the preference filling phase will not be allowed” the registrar further added.
Delhi University has started the DU UG Phase 2 Admission 2022 process for filling online choice preferences from September 26, 2022. Registered candidates can fill their preferred colleges and courses through the official DU CSAS website till October 10, 2022.
