New Delhi: Delhi University has launched "Vice Chancellor Internship Scheme". Interested and Eligible candidates can apply till November 11, 2022.
Undergraduate and graduate studentsof DU will be able to take advantage of paid internships at the university's departments and centres as part of the programmes being implemented by the institution in its centennial year.
The programme will provide two types of internships—summer and year-round—that are available to all full-time, enrolled undergraduate and graduate students at DU enrolled in any course. The maximum number of interns in each category is now 200, and each student may use the programme only once while enrolled at DU.
While internships during the academic session would pay INR 5,000 per week, summer internships will be available during summer vacations for eight weeks and students will be paid INR 10,000 per month.
The programme will be applicable to all university institutions, departments, and centres, including the VC's office, the numerous libraries, the admissions branch, and the Equal Opportunity Cell. Registration will be open until November 11th.
