CUET PG 2022 Result by September 26, UGC Asks Universities to Keep Admission Portal Ready


New Delhi: University Grants Commission (UGC) has asked all asked participating higher educational institutes to create a website or web portals for admission to postgraduate courses through the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2022 scores.

As per UGC, the result for CUET PG 2022 exam will be declared by NTA on its official website at cuet.nta.nic.in on September 26, 2022. Soon after the result declaration, universities will start the admissions for PG courses based on exam scores for the academic session 2022-23. 

The decision to prepare a web portal for admission to postgraduate courses has been taken to ensure that the admission process will start in a timely manner for all students. The commission also directed all universities to make necessary preparations to start PG admissions.

Once after the CUET PG 2022 Result declaration, candidates who appeared for the PG entrance test will be able to check their marks secured, overall status and rank secured by logging onto their candidate profile on CUET's official website at cuet.nta.nic.in.

Informing about the CUET PG 2022 Results date, the UGC official notice reads, “The results of the CUET PG 2022 are expected to be declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) tomorrow, September 26 by 4 pm on its official website.

“You are therefore requested to make necessary preparations for admissions, including website and web portals, so that the PG admission process may be timely started, based on the CUET score,” UGC’s notification read.

Earlier, the National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the CUET UG PG 2022 exam from September 1 to 11, 2022 to shortlist candidates for PG admissions. Based on marks secured in the exam, applicants will be allotted admission seats in CUET PG 2022 scores accepting colleges.

Some of the top universities that will accept CUET PG 2022 scores for PG admissions include the University of Allahabad, Rajiv Gandhi University, Nalanda University, University of Hyderabad, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and the Central University of Odisha.
