New Delhi: NTA has released Online Mock Tests (more like CBT-mode Sample Papers) for CUET UG 2022 on June 25 on their website nta.ac.in. Candidates appearing for the exam are advised to appear for these mock tests for their preparation. NTA has also declared an advisory for the students appearing for the mock practice papers in the mock test notification.
CUET 2022 Mock Practice Papers: Advisory to the Students
Here are some important points which NTA has advised the students preparing for CUET UG 2022 to follow while practicing the mock test papers:
1. The questions are meant for practice by candidates who are desirous of appearing in CUET (UG) - 2022.
2. The Practice Questions do not constitute a Mock Test and are not indicative of duration within which they are capable of being solved. They do not necessarily represent the pattern or spread of the questions across various topics in the syllabus or difficulty level, or their answerability within the duration of any specified time span, etc. of the questions that will be there in the actual exam. It is quite likely that the Practice Questions may include questions on topics which might not have been included in the syllabus of Class 12 examination of some Boards. However, it may be noted that CUET (UG) - 2022 provides for choice in all its component tests. Candidates are advised in their own interest to go through the syllabus as displayed on the NTA website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in and prepare for the exam accordingly.
3. NTA disclaims any responsibility in respect of any actual or perceived deviation as to the pattern or difficulty level, coverage of topics, level of difficulty etc. of the actual questions in the exam from the Practice Questions, displayed at the link given above. Candidates are advised to be in touch with NTA website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in for any updates regarding the exam.
There are major changes seen in the type of MCQs to be asked for CUET UG 2022, specially in domain subjects, as opposed to just standalone MCQs that were expected previously on NCERT Class 12 syllabus.

CUET Mock Test 2022: Subject Wise List
NTA has prepared the CUET Mock Test 2022 for various subjects as per the new CUET exam pattern and syllabus. These are like dummy tests that students can take to get a prior experience of the exam.

These launched official mock tests (available in the Mock Test section of ‘December 2018 onwards’ link in NTA website) are similar to the coveted sample papers provided by various boards like CBSE and ICSE Boards before exams.
Students must note that it is of prime importance to practice the exact pattern of such mock papers as the actual July 2022 computer-based paper will now be modelled on it 100%. The appearing students can also access the mock tests from the material provided in these CUET mock papers book here.

NTA has also added a bunch of case-based MCQs (that are normally asked in CBSE Class 12 exam formats) in almost all domain subjects (see Maths screenshot above).
The difficulty level of the expected July 2022 paper looks to be similar to entrance exams (like NEET) and NCERT Exemplar level (for PCMB subjects at least).
CUET, being the first common exam for UG Admission, a large number of students are struggling to make sense of confusion in eligibility criteria and admission forms, the process of which has not been smooth. Already Delhi University (DU) has offered webinars to clear the room for confusion and now this official mock paper will remove any further doubts and ensure students know exactly what to expect in the exam.
