CSU, Delhi UG Admission 2022 Open; Last Date to Apply is September 30

New Delhi: Central Sanskrit University (CSU) Delhi has begun the application process for its undergraduate level degree programmes for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @sanskriti.ac.in.

 

CSU, Delhi is conducting admissions for the CUET qualified candidates for the BA and BA (Hons) programme that focuses on Sanskrit Literature. Candidates seeking admission to the UG programmes can submit their applications for the Round 1 till September 30, 2022. 

In round 1, the university will grant admissions to the CUET qualified students based on merit.

CSU, Delhi UG Admission 2022: Dates

In round 2, the admission will be granted to those candidates who have registered/ appeared for the CUET-UG 2022 exam, but couldn't complete due to technical issues. Admission to such candidates will be purely based on the campus/ affiliated institute level test merit.

In round 3, the admission will be open to all the candidates who have not applied for the CUET-UG 2022 exam. Admission to such candidates will be purely based on the campus/ affiliated institute level test merit. 

CSU, Delhi UG Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the 3-year Full-time BA & BA (Hons) Programmes should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute. 

• Candidates must have passed Madhyama of the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan or an equivalent examination recognized by the Sansthan or Senior Secondary (12th standard of 10+2 system) with Sanskrit from a recognised Education Board.
• The applicant should have passed the language subjects / modern subjects in the qualifying examination, which he is opting for as Optional Subjects at the Shastri level. 

CSU, Delhi UG Admission 2022: Selection Process

• Candidate's selection to the BA prpgrammes will be based on merit. 
• Candidates must have appeared for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). 
• The final selection will be made on the basis of scores obtained in CUET followed by counselling. 

CSU, Delhi UG Admission 2022: How to Apply?

 

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of CSU @sanskrit.nic.in. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
