Enrollment in PhD courses offered at central University of Rajasthan will take place by fulfilling the following eligibility criteria:

• Candidates should hold a Master’s Degree in relevant discipline or allied subjects.
• Candidats should exhibit a consistently good academic record; a minimum aggregate score of 55% or equivalent grade (50% for reserved category candidates) in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels will be considered eligible for admission.

Central University of Rajasthan PhD Admission Process 2023: Selection Criteria

Every candidate will have to go through a admission process comprising of the following stages: 

• Applicants are required to appear for the CUET entrance examination.
• All shortlisted candidates are required to appear for the interview/viva-voce.
• Candidates who secure 50% marks in the interview/viva voce (45% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy layers)/ EWS/Differently-abled category) will get admission in PhD courses.
• For preparing the final merit list, a weightage of 70% for the entrance exam and 30% for the performance in the interview/viva-voce will be given for admission.
