New Delhi: Central Sanskrit University (Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan) has begun the application process for B.Ed, M.Ed and PhD courses for academic year 2022-23.

Central Sanskrit University offers multiple courses in various specialisations that include B.Ed, M.Ed and PhD. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till June 25, 2022, without any late fees, and July 5, 2022 (with late fees)

Central Sanskrit University BEd, MEd, PhD Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should take note of the below mentioned eligibility criteria for each of the aforementioned courses:

Central Sanskrit University BEd: Eligibility Criteria

• BA in Sanskrit in 10+2+3 scheme or MA in Sanskrit. Students appearing in the third year must have secured 50% marks in their first year exam
• Candidates should have 50% marks in aggregate (45% for the SC/ ST/ PwD candidates)
• Must have completed 20 years on or before October 1, 2021

Central Sanskrit University MEd: Eligibility Criteria

• BA in Sanskrit in 10+2+3 scheme or MA in Sanskrit. Students who have completed B.Ed training with Sanskrit teaching are also eligible
• Candidates should have 50% marks in aggregate (45% for the SC/ ST/ PwD candidates)
• Must have completed 20 years on or before October 1, 2021

Central Sanskrit University PhD: Eligibility Criteria

• MA in Sanskrit and M.Ed with Sanskrit teaching
• Candidates should have 55% marks in aggregate (50% for the SC/ ST/ PwD candidates)

Central Sanskrit University BEd, MEd, PhD Admission 2022: Selection Process

Here is the selection process for admission to the prescribed courses:

• The applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in written entrance test conducted by the university itself
• Shortlisted candidates then have to appear for the personal interview
• Final selection is based on the overall performance

Step 1- Visit the official application portal of the university

Step 2-Click on the ‘online application for entrance test’ option

Step 3- Click on Registration

Step 4-Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id etc.

Step 5- Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form

Step 6- Pay the application fees of INR 2000 (for each course) or INR 3000 (with late fees) and submit the Application form

Step 7-Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs
