Joining Date:
Candidates must sign up before December 17, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. In order to make it easier for the designated candidates to be admitted, the Colleges will be asked to set up admission counters at the CENTAC OFFICE. They can sign up in person or online.
Following mop-up counselling, CENTAC will sponsor the list of qualified applicants to the institutions at a 1:10 ratio, i.e. if there are 5 vacancies, in order to fill any incidental openings that may have occurred. The top 50 candidates on the list will be sponsored in order of merit.
Candidates who are already enrolled with CENTAC must pay Rs. 10,000 toward the counselling fee for stray vacancies and indicate whether they want to be included in the 1:10 list that will be provided to the colleges following the mop-up round for incidental vacancies, if any.
Those candidates will not be included on the 1:10 list if they have already joined. It should be noted that the names of candidates who haven't paid the counselling price for stray openings and haven't indicated their willingness won't be supported.
Once names are added to the 1:10 list and a place is offered based on merit by the College, the student should accept. The Rs. 10,000 counselling fee for the Stray vacancy will be lost in the event of a rejection.
