What are your views on the New Education Policy?

Under the NEP 2020, there will be no rigid rules for studies”

As we know that this new education policy is transforming the decades-old system of 10+2+3 education to a new 5+3+4+4 structure. They will be more focused on vocational courses and students will be free to select the courses right from the beginning of their careers. This will include internships and other skill-related activities. Students can make use of multiple entries and multiple exit options during their degree programs. These are the major changes that will impact the education sector positively.

For the initial training, we had asked the teachers to visit the campus to get hands-on experience in technology and how they will be delivering lectures. This included uploading, detailing & explaining the videos. We also communicated with the parents regarding students’ infrastructural needs & got interesting feedback. This helped us design a smarter & innovative way of teaching.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To involve all the stakeholders during decision making for smoother operations”

The best option when it comes to leading is to give all the necessary & creative freedom to the team members. I like to encourage my team to do collaborative work. At difficult times I pick up the stack myself and take charge. I always encourage my staff to take various UGC and AICTE certified programs, to help build their leadership skills.
