What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
“Contribution to the society by paving a path for the youth towards success”
The positional privilege in my institution taught me to be more responsible and accountable to society. In the process of my academic journey, I learned the values and meaning of life. I realized the necessity to impart this knowledge to the present young generation to have a better understanding of their goals and challenges in life. The balance of professional and personal life is necessary to make life complete.
What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“Participative leadership for better decision making in the institute”
A leader should be democratic in approach. A leader should listen to the members and should be one among them. He /She should be able to identify and appreciate the skills and strengths of the group. I look at the leader as a friend and colleague definitely with a broad knowledge and to be empathetic. A leader should be ready to extend a helping hand than boss over. The accessibility and accountability of the group make the leader acceptable by everyone.
What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the university and the students are?
“Bring in the life skills to pave the career of the students directing the future of the Nation”
My vast experience in different roles in the university taught me the necessity for commitment and collaborative activities for success. My responsibility does not end with teaching the syllabus but moulding their personality. It is also essential to teach life skills that promote them to possess a bright future. Thus the students will act as the best ambassadors for our institution.

“Live with practicality but never stop being independent”
Life is meaningful and faithful only when people know when and where to take the assistance of gadgets. One has to find and practice humanness in this age of science and technology. Everyone should realize that each life counts, every person is unique and every contribution adds to the mighty success. To become successful, a person should maintain equilibrium between spiritual and materialistic life. ‘Live and let live’ is the best policy that one can practice to make the earth a better place to live in.
