Govind Ramnath Kare College affiliated to Goa University is a law college recognized by the Bar Council of India for Imparting Professional Education in Law. The college is located in Margao, Goa. Established in 1979, it is the only college for legal education in the district of South Goa and is one of the most prestigious Law college in Goa.

The college offers various courses in the field of law. Courses such as LL.B. (Bachelor of Law), LL.M. (Master of Law) and B.A.LL.B. Integrated course. Interested candidates can also opt for advanced education and research through Ph.D. courses offered by the college.

Admissions to the courses are conducted by the college at the start of the academic session. Students interested in taking admission in LL.B or B.A.LL.B. can download the application form from the college website. After the filled-in form is submitted by the student, they have to appear for an entrance test conducted by the college. After successful qualification of the entrance exam, students will be called in for a personal interview round. Admissions will be granted only after successfully clearing the interview round.

Admissions to LL.M. is purely based on merit. The college will prepare the merit list, based on the score obtained by the candidates in the 5 or 3-years LL.B. program.
