What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“To see young minds prosper keeps me connected with the education sector”

After completing my graduation, I joined as a teacher in an educational Institution. From that day, the penchant for teaching students and seeing those young minds prosper kept me connected to the educational system. Those were the only key factors that kept me connected with the education sector.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Our institute is a center of learning with an ambient environment”

Our Institute is just like a family. I feel proud to be a head of the family. My students and my staff are completely my family members. I believe taking everyone together and working hand-in-hand Honour ship is not at all consented with a single person rather it is segregated.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“We assure to provide experiential learning along with hands-on training in different domains”

Being the Director of NIHMT, my strategy about the hospitality program is crystal clear. We believe in delivering quality education along with hands on training to prepare students for the placements. If the students have access to quality education with experiential learning, they tend to perform well and get their basics right, which helps them bag good placements.
