Being a Faculty of the Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges, what are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

"A teacher imparts knowledge, good values, tradition, modern-day challenges, and ways to resolve them to students"

My responsibilities are not only to guide students in academics or extracurricular activities, but faculty are also responsible for shaping a child's future, making him/her a better human being. 

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

"To establish a healthy relationship between students and fellow faculty, I try to build, Active engagement between students and faculty"

I take constructive feedback from both so we can make changes according to that. To see there is Effective communication between them, I give them robust support from my side and also consistently see there is proper follow-up. 

How do you try to bring in a practical approach to subjects and make them industry-oriented?

In our curriculum, we provide industrial visits to the students, and we also provide Industrial training and workshops to the students, so the students can have practical knowledge with theoretical knowledge. So they can have a balance of both. We also arrange a Practical Skill Development Program for the students to enhance their knowledge. 

What are the best practices offered by the Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges, to the ​students which help them gain the necessary skills?

“Skill development programs and project-based learning enhance necessary skills in students”

To gain the necessary skills, we have skill development programs and project-based learning to enhance the skills of students. We gave various types of projects to the students so that they can use their knowledge and implement their theoretical knowledge in this program. We also conduct various types of skill development programs for them.

How do you strategize the curriculum and how often does it get updated to make it be fitting for the students?

Curriculum strategy involves the process of defining goals, objectives, and levels to develop a curriculum that adheres to the given requirements (or finds solutions to the existing problems/ gaps in teaching).

How does the Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges prepare students for Higher education? How do you help your student cope with the competition being so higher in the outside world?

To get a ready student for higher education, the students have to select their domain in 3rd semester. We have special expert faculty who shape and mold the students for the preparation of the GATE exam. We prepare strategies to prepare students for the GATE exam. For giving practical knowledge we have an industrial visit for students every semester. And we have Industrial training in every semester for the students.

What are the challenges you faced/ are facing to uplift the quality of education at Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges?

The challenge we faced was Majority of the students have very poor basic knowledge of Secondary and Higher secondary education. And we start with very basic teaching. So that students can have their basic knowledge very clearly.

How does the curriculum of the Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges ensure the industry's best practices?

An effective curriculum ensures that important concepts are taught through projects, and we give projects to the students so that they can learn the new concepts. We also collaborate with industries for giving practical knowledge to the students, so students can learn from the real-life activities.

What valuable advice would you like to the students for them to have a prosperous career ahead?

My advice for the students to have a prosperous career ahead is to set high personal and academic standards for themselves. To continue your efforts to work on your goal and academic standard and give your best in that and live up to them.
