Being a Faculty of the Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges, what are your roles and responsibilities toward the students?

Being a Faculty of the Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges, My role is to guide students in academics or extracurricular activities as well as we are responsible for shaping a student’s future to make him/her a better human beings and to deliver proper content and give proper guidance to every student. 

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

To establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty, I myself as the faculty at Gyanmanjari College try to become a mentor to students and help them rather than being faculty. So students will feel free and interact with the faculties. 

How do you try to bring in a practical approach to subjects and make them industry-oriented?

To bring in a practical approach to subjects and make them industry-oriented we try to give them real-life experience and real-life examples. We also arrange workshops and expert talks for the students, So that they can get knowledge from the industry expert.

What are the best practices offered by the Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges, to the students which help them gain the necessary skills?

Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges offers various seminars, Industry expert talks in that an expert person from the industry will have an expert talk with the students and share their experience. We also assign different types of projects to the students which help them gain the necessary skills and knowledge. Will help them in learning practical approaches.

How do you strategize the curriculum and how often does it get updated to make it befitting for the students?

I take maximum time in difficult topics that will be beneficial to students for their practical aspects. By giving time to an important subject it helps students to get a clear picture of that topic and understand that topic very easily, which will help them in the exams.

How does the Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges prepare students for Higher education? How do you help your student cope with the competition being so high in the outside world?

By giving proper guidance on higher education, its advantages, and needs. The College will also give guidance about different competitive exams like GATE. 

What are the challenges you faced/ are facing to uplift the quality of education at the Gyanmanjari Group of the Colleges?

From my viewpoint, every faculty should be updated with the latest knowledge so that he/she must give proper time for preparation which is sometimes not possible due to other tasks. By updating themselves it will be beneficial to the students so that faculty can have proper knowledge of that particular subject.

How does the curriculum of the Gyanmanjari Group of Colleges ensure the industry's best practices?

In the curriculum of GMGC, there will be at least one project-based subject and conducting practical labs regularly with the proper and latest equipment which is helpful to students to ensure the industry’s best practices.

What valuable advice would you like to the students for them to have a prosperous career ahead?

Give maximum time to projects for the improvement of technical knowledge, take part in the different industrial seminars, and keep updated yourself with industry knowledge or technical knowledge.
