You have held positions at educational institutions throughout your professional career. What are key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

Being able to provide education is one of the biggest blessings that one can have. This is the best gift that you can give to anyone. Medical education is the need of the hour because our population is not synced with the medical service providers or the doctors. I want my students to learn one of the finest system of medicine i.e. Homoeopathy. So we are here to encourage students to come forward and join homeopathy which is affordable in terms of fee and is one of the best among alternative systems of medicines. Moreover it acts best on the chronic diseases, it has only few limitations like in cases of acute emergencies but otherwise it has very vast hold on the chronic diseases very effectively. During COVID-19 pandemic we distributed immunity booster Homoeopathic medicine to more than three lakh people free of cost and contributed to keep our area relatively safe with our medicine, which is approved by the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India.

Being the principal of this college, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

A good leader is the one who takes all the people along with him, who listens to everyone then makes his vision to improve it further. So I take all my faculty& staff in confidence and take suggestions from everyone, like any improvement in academics or extracurricular activities. Everyone is seen wholeheartedly involved during various academic, extracurricular, cultural or sports activities.

How does the curriculum of this college ensure the best practice of industry?

Emphasis is being given on practical, clinical and theoretical training to the budding homoeopaths. We have 12 departments, a well stocked library besides well ventilated classrooms and examination hall. We have a 25 bedded hospital attached to college with regular OPDs attended by a good number of patients along with clinical lab facility. In the coming weeks we are organizing campus placements for students completing their internship so that they will be ready for traversing the path of success. There are various recruiters who have chains of clinics in various parts of the country, will be coming here to conduct campus placements and we are also encouraging students to come for the interview so they can begin their career and achieve success in life.

Being the principal of this college, How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your schools?

We have our teams for this purpose, comprising of our administrative officer, myself, faculty members teaching as well as non teaching staff. We also give advertisements on offline as well as social media platforms. We are trying to improve our academic standards so that when our students come to the market, they can become our brand ambassadors.
