What is your philosophy of leadership?
“Effective teamwork can lead to achieving all goals”
Being the Director of the college, I would like to lead my team with my own examples. I have to become a leader as well as a mentor to nurture the team and develop their skills. I strongly believe that teamwork is my leadership style and my role is to inculcate honesty, discipline, and dedication among all my teammates and students.

Our college primarily focuses on providing skill-oriented courses to the students. In the 3 years of academic studies, we focus particularly on practicals, training, field visits, internships, industry visits, and interactions, etc. This is done so that students can prepare themselves for getting well jobs and can lead successful careers.

Our college is recognized as one of the best and famous nutrition & dietetics and Fashion design colleges in Nagpur. We offer various types of 3-year courses in B.Sc. for Nutrition and Dietetics and for Fashion & Apparel Design and Bachelor of Management. These courses are particularly designed to provide full knowledge along with providing training of practical education of the related industry.

What is the institute's top priority over the next 10 years?

Our institute is growing day by day and we are developing contacts with various industries for providing practical knowledge in internships to the students so that they can have chances of a better career. We will also tie up with Foreign Institutes where we can go for student exchanges, faculty exchange, and some research work as well.

Our college primarily focuses on women empowerment by providing strong Medical and Fashion related education Our college provides internship opportunities in almost all the hospitals of Nagpur district. Our other strength is our highly experienced faculty which is very well qualified as well. The faculty teachers are trained in Nutrition & Dietetics, Fashion & Apparel Design, and Management areas.

“Search for opportunities and make goals in your life”
My best advice to the students is that there are many opportunities available for all of us. We just need to keep our eyes open and observe things that are happening around us. Moreover, we all must have goals in our lives and try our best to find the path for achieving the goals. One more important thing is that if you can then try to help people as much as you can.

How do you establish healthy relationships with students?

Our college’s primary task is to provide quality education to the girl students. This can be achieved by strictly monitoring the education system and institute culture at the same time.
