He was the Head in the Department of Computer Stream at Arcade Business College, Patna .He was appointed as the director of NBC in 2013. He completed his Masters in Computer Applications from IGNOU in 2000. He has attended several seminars and conferences all over the nation.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“I have had a passion for teaching since the beginning”

I have always loved sharing my knowledge with anyone who wants to learn new things. After working in Arcade Business College as a HOD for several years, I planned to open my college. I thought the values I shared with my students being as a faculty, would be more fruitful if I can share the same in my organization more freely.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Leadership is about taking everyone forward by taking concrete actions”

Being at the service of your students and colleagues, being open to constructive feedback, and learning from even those who are under you on the seniority ladder. It's important to accept your mistakes gracefully are the most important qualities of a true leader who is genuinely respected and loved by all.

How do you plan for the marketing and administration of your institution?

“Good word of mouth is the fundamental key for our marketing”

We ask our alumni to give their reviews about their life in the college and what impact the college has shown in their life. This helps us in marketing the institution. We have a good infrastructure with well-experienced faculty members which adds value to the institution.

What would you like people to know about your college they may not know?

“Our objective is to serve the students from the underprivileged communities”

We focus on each student who wants to learn. We offer free tuitions for students who are not sharp minded to give them an edge and make the topics clear. Most of our students who attend the classes regularly are always among the list of best-performing students.

How does the curriculum of NBC ensure the best practice of the industry?

“We focus on the overall development of the student for their betterment”

We emphasize more on other skills such as- soft skills, technical skills which eventually help the students when they sit for the company placements. Most of our competitor colleges are only focused on course syllabus which inhibits the overall development of the student. This thing makes us different from the others.

What was your vision for the college when you joined this institution?

In the beginning, I thought of opening a college to implement my ideas freely without any interference. Now I try to take my vision forward with the help of this institution and help in nurturing the career of as many students as I can.
