In this dynamic and digital world, students can easily access the information they need through the internet or any other medium as well. So, only teaching theory is not enough and we need to go beyond limits or syllabus given in the curriculum. Hence through this program, we teach modern teaching methodologies (which includes experiments and practical learning) to students which are relatable to the concept and will be useful in their day-to-day activities.

How do you build an industry connectedness with this program?

Industry connect is one of the most important learnings that a student must undergo in order to perform better in their work or career. After studying so much from the books and the learnings from the faculties, students should be given some space to explore the learnings and understand how it actually fits in the real-world activities. For this purpose, we have formulated an Entrepreneurship Development Cell for creating innovative engineers.


What challenges are you facing while inculcating this program in your curriculum?

The major challenge that we have in front of us currently is to make students agree about the benefits and job opportunities they will get after successfully completing these courses. Because there are too many programs and online courses which makes it difficult for them to choose a particular correct course depending on their interest and skill set.

How do you establish healthy relations with the students?

Faculties are older not only in terms of age but in terms of knowledge and experience also. Hence, to have a good relationship with students, we motivate them by acting as a facilitator and moral supporter whenever they get stuck somewhere. This way, students easily find solutions to their issues by sharing it with us through open and respectful communication.
