What is your philosophy of leadership?
“Keeping a calm mind is necessary when planning and executing tasks”
The best way to train someone or make them understand a certain subject is to speak gently and with absolute patience and politeness. Leaders should not intimidate or shout at people, despite the fact that I have observed many do so. The best way to make the work come about is to be nice to people.
How do you plan the marketing and administration of your school?
“Marketing about the efforts we take for high-quality education and good placements”
Since we are an educational institute, in the case of marketing, we must keep in mind two factors: studies and placements. Teaching and training our students is our sole purpose. As for placements, we market them so that more students will enroll in our college.
