KKMU Admission Process

KKMU offers admission to deserving and qualified candidates planning to pursue B. Tech, BBA, BCA, MBA courses. Admissions are granted according to the scores obtained by candidates in KKMU Admission Test, in case they have not given any National/ State Level Test/ JEE/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT required for selection in KKMU programs.

Steps to apply here:

  • Step 1: Applying online. Candidates need to apply online or visit the admission cell at KKMU Campus in Durg to start with the admission process. They need to pay application fees through online mode or in cash.

  • Step 2: Selection Process. Candidates have to give the KKMU Admission Test if they have not appeared in any of the National/ State Level Test/ JEE/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT test. 

  • Step 3: Provisional Admission. In case of selection, admission will be given provisionally and candidates need to pay the required fee through DD/ Online.

  • Step 4: Registration. Selected candidates have to report and enroll themselves at the Administrative Office of the respective schools as per the dates mentioned by the authorities.

Shortlisted applicants will be called to appear in a Personal Interview (PI). In the case of an MBA, shortlisted applicants will have to take part in Group Discussion followed by a Personal Interview.

KKMU Admission: Minimum Eligibility 

KKMU Durg offers many UG, PG and Diploma programs in the field of Engineering, Management, Sciences, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, and Design. The minimum eligibility to apply to these courses is mentioned below:

  • B.Tech: Candidates interested in this course must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as the main subject from a recognized school. Also , they have studied Chemistry or any technical vocational subject related to Computer stream as optional with at least 60% aggregate marks

  • BCA: Minimum eligibility is 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board in Science stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks with Mathematics as a core subject 

  • B. Com: The minimum eligibility criteria required is 50% or more marks in the 10+2 examination from a recognized board 

  • BBA: Completed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks

  • MBA: Graduation with no less than 50% aggregate score.
