What are the Key factors that connect you with the education sector?

I am always attached to the recent requirements and surroundings of the education sector. Some factors that connect me with the education industry are improved employment skills, knowledge and entrepreneurship for students. We provide a holistic approach to international business for students apart from a normal degree certificate. 

How would you describe your leadership style in Pyramid College of Business and Technology?

“Formulate correct decision making and support the interest of stakeholders on campus”

Most of us are working in a dynamic environment. My belief is to follow a management style and support the stakeholder's interests. The duty of a leader is to impart correct decisions for the growth of an institution. I make decisions that are beneficial for students, faculties and management of the campus. 

How do you strategize plans for the marketing of PCBT?

“Strengthen the relations with Alumni and word of mouth is a marketing we followed recently”

Marketing and education institutions are mostly a paradox. One of our brand ambassadors are alumni and students. They are the marketers for us and work in both India/Abroad. Most of our alumni are working abroad and they secure good positions. Another strategy we follow is Word of Mouth and belief as an institution.

Personal interviews are strictly followed for the undergraduate course to students. They get admission to campus based on their 12th-grade scores.

We got the AICTE approval and have limited seats for the admission of students. One of our top priorities is to become a student-centric management Institution and impart global education to pupils. Our campus is also tied up with Canadian Universities and other companies for the upcoming future development.
