What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Transparency within the institution is what I believe in”

Leadership must be a belief system that guides your decision –making. It consists of core principles, perspectives, and values. In order to have great success in anybody’s life, one must remember three principles: sincerity, punctuality, and honesty. Leadership should be transparent, should work with the team, should inspire and motivate all employees. I always work sincerely, punctually, and honestly which gives me a lot of satisfaction, and others also appreciate it.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Recognize your strengths and be sincere towards your goal”

There is a lot of talent in the young generation; the only thing is that they should come forward and discuss with staff/faculty members. My suggestion/appeal to all current youth is that “be Sincere, Punctual and Honest with yourselves and in your duties”. If they follow this SPH, success will automatically come to them.
