How do you establish a healthy relation and environment in the college?

“By appreciating the employees’ and students’ achievements regularly”

We can maintain a healthy relationship by disciplinary and well-mannered behaviour with staff and students. Students need a culture of learning and creativity with mentoring and support for their careers while faculty members need empowerment. We have developed a culture of excellence, co-operation and respect among all stakeholders. The faculty members are included in all the major decisions and strategy development as they are equivalent stakeholders of the department.

What are the greatest strengths of the Anjali College of Pharmacy and Science?

“Industry oriented training and placement readiness through company-specific training”

The greatest strength of ACPS is discipline, performance, infrastructure and prestige. We help students to learn through their strengths and interest. Students are engaged even beyond the classroom for their holistic development.

What according to you should be the top priority of this college for the next 5 years?

“Develop research infrastructure and focus on newer innovations”

Our priority for the future is to perform Research and Development in the field of Pharmacy. Also, to get approval for Ph.D. courses in various domains. We wish to initiate a Placement and Training cell separately for different courses.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

“Have an open mind, set goals, be curious and don’t be judgemental”

My suggestion for the youth of today is to respect time and be self-reliant. One needs to be emotionally strong, focused on goals and have good work ethics. Also, chase different experiences, cultivate the habit of “seeing”, and interact with as many people as you can.
