“Teaching, learning new ideas and helping in the betterment of society connects me with the education sector”

It was my childhood dream to be a part of the educational sector. I want to focus on betterment of society through whatever I gained from education. I have 27 years of experience in teaching. In my view, teaching and being part of the education sector is a rewarding journey. I always learn something new. Being the Principal of Radiant Institute of Management and Science, what is your philosophy of leadership and describe your leadership style?

“Follow a participative leadership style and come up with a solution as a team”

My leadership style is participative in nature. An institute is not just run by the director or principal but also by the support of all the teachers and staff. Whenever I try to decide, it is important for me or other teachers to brainstorm and come up with a solution as a team rather than an individual. I also prefer to lead from the front and show what needs to be done in order to achieve the institution goal.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities are to the Radiant Institute of Management and Science?

“To supervise teaching programs, maintain records and admission of students”

I am primarily concerned with the day to day activities in the institute apart from the general administration. I also supervised the teaching programs and provided assistance and guidance to students. Apart from tha, all the general work in which a principal needs to perform includes maintaining records, admission of students, career counseling, examinations, responsibilities of students and staff .
