Several factors keep me connected with the education sector. Factors such as providing dynamic education with equality and quality empower students and create an environment for students to enhance skills-based education, academics, and exploration of new knowledge areas.
What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“Equal participation ensures smooth functioning”
Being a leader, I believe in the delegation of authority, integrity, quality, and communication effectiveness within an organization. As a team leader, I have faith in my team, and I strongly believe in motivating and inspiring my team to achieve a higher purpose in the organization. I consider portraying positivity among my team members with collaborative efforts, reaching towards the one common goal, and setting an example for others.
How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your college?
“It is essential to reach the right audience”
Being the In-charge Principal, I believe in developing and implementing cohesive branding to reach the right audience and aim to escalate the Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) consecutively every year and concentrating on strategic promoting of crucial programs and events through suitable media. Moreover, aiming to promote and increase social media and web platforms' usage to serve rapid accessibility for students, form a robust alumni network, and reach global reach.
In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?
“We focus on holistic development of the students”
Among all the developing nations around the world, education is emerging as a significant point of focus. My institution provides a prodigious milieu of knowledge and all-rounded skills that help inbound students prepare for global competitiveness. How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?

In today's education system, university/college needs to prepare students for employment in the industry. The collaboration and interaction with industries help our students to be future-ready for the placement. Organizing workshops and seminars for students in emerging areas and training them in the best practices followed in industries are institutions' essential practices apart from academics.
Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?
My institution is aware of the diversity of students. To eliminate discrimination and the inclusion of equality, faculties work with students to create a safe and collaborative learning environment. Developing and promoting financial assistance policies/scholarship programs for economically weaker students and my institute would be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds.
What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the institute and the students are?
“A positive environment helps to foster and develop students”
As an in-charge principal of the college, my key roles would be, developing a positive work environment, leading my team towards achieving the college’s vision and mission. Achieving the departmental goals and meeting benchmarks and targets, ensuring the smooth delivery of curriculum, academic & external projects, and other activities is of prime importance. Also, assisting students in achieving academic objectives and educational issues is pivotal for the institution's progress.
What do you think should be the institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?
“There are multiple plans we have that we want to accomplish”
We are focused on maintaining the Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) and maintaining the quality of education. Review and assess the budget in light of yearly enrolment and seek to ensure the long-term financial vitality by developing a sustainable, reasonable, and progressive budget. Planning and organizing programs, workshops, seminars, etc., for learner’s academic and life advancement. Creating an educative and comfortable infrastructure. Maximum utilization of online platforms by keeping in mind the future.
How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute?
“Establishing a healthy environment helps students, faculty, and, in-turn, the institution”
A healthy relation and environment are the positive connections between the teachers and students. A positive teacher-student relationship creates a sense of belonging, and it encourages students to participate cooperatively. A healthy relation and environment tend to give good academic and social outcomes and are essential aspects of quality teaching and learning.
What do you see as your institute's greatest strengths?
“Our students form the backbone of the institution”

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for your institute specifically?
“The intake scenario persisting today is a major challenge for our institution”
India's population is increasing rapidly; therefore, there is a greater demand for providing quality education. The biggest challenge to my institution and higher education nowadays is students' intake compared to available resources. Such a scenario will become a challenging task for faculties and institutions to cater to students, hampering teaching quality. The expansion of the infrastructure and other facilities for students and staff are such issues to be taken care..
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
“Set the values in your life”
There are many significant values in our lives, such as dedication, loyalty, honesty, consistency, etc. youth should consider these values to make life more purposeful and valuable. Managing emotional stability is vital in the current scenario. One should work hard to achieve set goals. Self-awareness and confidence are the key points to be remembered in life.
