What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“My penchant to see young minds grow keeps me connected with the education sector”

I love teaching, and from the beginning of my career, I have a passion for being a teacher, so I followed my passion. With increasing experience, I have given increased responsibility, and today I am one of the youngest directors for Siddhartha Group. This education industry has given me all that I want and happiness. So, my passion and satisfaction keep me connected with the education sector.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Teamwork ensures smooth functioning of the institution”

As a leader, I believe in teamwork. My team members know their strengths and weaknesses. As a team leader, I always search for competence, and according to their competence, I assign the works. As a result, all of us work with a positive motto. I am a good listener to my colleagues and never hesitate to extend my professional support for my staff's difficulty.

The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. What are your thoughts on the same?

“Our focus is quality education”

The education system in other foreign countries is more diversified, technology-based, and research-oriented, but it is more theoretical and segmented into India's many sections. At Siddhartha, we focus on outcome-based education, which covers all aspects of Quality education and ensures the student's overall development.

How does the curriculum of Siddhartha Institute of Technology and Sciences ensure the best practice of industry?

“We ensure our students are abreast to the current technological advancements”

We, at SITS, follow the curriculum framed and provided by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Hyderabad. However, to fill the Gap (if any), we conduct separate guest lectures inviting eminent persons from academia and industries so that our students will be well trained and skilled to meet the required challenges of the Industry. Further, at SITS, we also encourage and conduct industrial visits, training, and internships in industries for all the students, making SITS the best in the Industry.

What do you see as your Institute’s greatest strengths?

“Our students are our greatest strength, they are our brand Ambassadors”

We have an excellent state of the art infrastructure (building, labs, library, hostel, canteen, and transport, etc.) well experienced and highly qualified faculty members. Also, we have partnership MOUs with Industries for the benefit of the students to improve their practical knowledge and skill thereby elevating their confidence level for future.
