The Lalit Suri Hospitality School is the maiden venture of The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group in the field of Hospitality Education. It was established in the year 2013 at Faridabad in the state of Haryana with a vision to impart quality education and making the world class infrastructure easily accessible to the aspirants.

Courses offered at The Lalit Suri Hospitality School

The Lalit Suri Hospitality School currently offers an Undergraduate program and two Diploma programs in Food Production and Bakery & Confectionery. 

A. B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (B. Sc. H&HA)

TLSHS offers a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. The UG program is run under the affiliation of NCHMCT and IGNOU. The course is of 3 years duration divided into 6 semesters. The program includes training modules to help students acquire knowledge and skills required in the field. The training modules are offered in the areas of Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office Operations and Housekeeping. Further, the course provides managerial inputs in Hotel Accountancy, Food Safety and Quality, Human Resource Management, Facility Planning, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Tourism Marketing, and Tourism Management. 

Admission to the B.SC HHA program is based on the following criteria:

  • Passed 10+2 with English as one of the subjects and a minimum of 50% aggregate. 
  • The age limit for admission is 25 years for General/ OBC candidates and 28 years for candidates from SC/ST/PwD categories. 

The admission can be secured in two modes: 

  1. Direct Admission by walking-in to the campus with relevant documents. 
  2. Admission through JEE conducted by NCHMCT. 

B. Diploma in Food Production / Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery

The Diploma courses are offered in collaboration with NCHMCT and IGNOU. The courses are offered for the duration of 1 and half years for 3 semesters. These are practical-based programs and most of the curriculum involves training in their respective areas. The training modules are designed as per international standards. The program prepares students to handle real industrial pressure. The candidates enrolled in these courses get tested on the basis of annual and mid-term examinations. These examinations elevate students’ theoretical as well as practical knowledge. The eligibility criteria for Diploma courses are as follows:

  • 10+2 or its equivalent.
  • The age limit for General & OBC candidates is 25 years and for SC/ST/PwD candidates is 28 years.
  • The intake for each specialization is 60.
