New Delhi: IGNOU B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) Entrance Exam 2022 is scheduled to be held on May 08, 2022. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form till April 24 through the official portal ignou.ac.in.
IGNOU offers B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic) for 3 years duration. However, the student will have to earn 108 credits over a period of 3-5 years depending on her/his convenience to complete B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic).
Earlier, the last date to register was April 17, which has now been extended till April 24, 2022. The university has announced the extension of the last date of registration for IGNOU Admission 2022 on its official Twitter handle on April 16, which is as follows:

IGNOU B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) Entrance Exam 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Students are advised to check the below mentioned eligibility criteria before applying to the course:
- Aspiring candidates must have passed 10+2 exams with 3 years Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with a 2 years working experience
- Candidates with in-service Nursing training background with 3 years Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with minimum 5 years of working experience
- Male nurses who have not done the GNM programme must have a certificate in any one of the nursing courses for 6-9 months, prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council (INC)
