Provisional semester results will be published along with the total marks obtained by a candidate in each paper. In case, if a candidate fails to secure qualifying marks in a particular semester examination then the result of the next semester examination will be treated as Semester Not Cleared (SNC). The entire PG courses are divided into four semesters. There will be one written & one practical examination at the end of course work of each semester. Students have to appear in the internal assessment, as it is mandatory to complete the course work.

In order to secure the degree in the final semester, students have to perform well in different areas such as Project Report, Term Paper & Field work report as a part of the special or optional papers. Students have to secure at least 55% marks to qualify in these areas.

Bankura University Improvement Result 2022

Students can apply for improvement in their semester marks, provided they have scored at least 50% marks in the respective course.  Students must note that they cannot apply for improvement of marks in case of Term Paper, Project Paper, Internal assessment & viva-voce.
