How does the academic attainment at SP Jain through the Executive MBA program help you to construct your career?

To be honest, before joining this program I used to be very shy and hesitant while expressing myself in front of others. But this 18 months Executive MBA program at SP Jain School was perfectly diverse in nature and proved to be the exact stage for me to refine my personality flaws. My fellow batch mates came from different backgrounds and industries and this diversity in learning helped me to grow after every interaction. This program comprised a total of 33 courses such as Simulations, Applied Business Research and several cutting-edge topics all connected to the present business world.

What are the major factors behind your continuous career growth?

In my past, I held diverse kinds of positions including consultant, senior consultant, engagement manager and project manager in various industries. And at present, I am working as an International Manager in Operations Governance at Emirates National Bank of Dubai. Whatever concepts and knowledge I gained during my MBA course, I proactively applied those while holding different positions in industries. Applied Business Research is one of the supreme methods of learning at SP Jain and this was the empowering determinant not just for my career, but also for my organization. While I was studying, I realized that it is very crucial to practically apply your classroom learnings at your work every day. Once you become the go-to person for all the new challenges and projects that arise at the company, Promotions are just a secondary outcome.

What has been the most treasured exposure for you in the whole Executive MBA program?

My EMBA journey is full of learnings and making professional connections with some of the best minds, so it is quite hard to identify just one favorite thing. However, worth mentioning my batch mates and faculties were the supreme aspects of the program surely.

Academics and industry experts are working as the faculties at SP Jain and they were extremely knowledgeable in their fields. They used experimental teaching techniques and kept every discussion engaging, and receiving training under their supervision was indeed an amazing experience cum journey. I am still in contact with most of my peers as they are now like my family and a global network at the simultaneously they and I expect to have the same relationship with them for a long time to come.
