What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

"My passion of educating students and bringing a positive change in their Iives is the main reason"

Being in the education sector, I am passionate about learning new things and technologies on a regular basis so that I can deliver the best and updated knowledge to my students. And the main reason I am connected with this sector for so long is because I have a passion to inspire and teach the students and make a positive change in their lives.

Being the esteemed dignitary of UEI Global, what is your philosophy of leadership?

"Leadership is all about managing your team effectively and ensuring their growth simultaneously"

In my opinion, Leadership is all about managing the team in an effective way by guiding the team members in the right direction and inspiring them from time to time. Also, a good leader knows how to train a team and make best use of their skills so that they can work effectively and efficiently to fulfill shared goals. Hence, I promote the culture of teamwork and leadership itself in my college.

In your experience, what benefits students can gain from studying here in your college?

"Students will receive best knowledge, moral values and development opportunities"

Our college strongly agrees with the fact that Degree is just a piece of Paper and real education is seen in behavior. Hence along with providing required technical education in line with the industrial requirements and developments, we inculcate best ethical values in our students. Because academics alone won't help them and they need good moral values and communication skills for their overall personal and professional development.

How is your college more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

"We promote the culture of equality in our college and help all students in need"

We firmly believe in the fact that each student is unique and amazing in their own way and need equal opportunities to learn and grow. Hence we not only say but live by the quote and promote equality in college, and if anyone is caught violating our rules, strict actions are taken accordingly. Also, we help the needy and less privileged students of our college in every possible way so that accessing education doesn't become difficult for them. 

What are your roles and responsibilities for the college and students?

"My responsibility is to ensure students receive best education and industrial exposure"

Being an important part of the UEI Global, my prime responsibility is to provide the best quality education, amenities and real-time corporate experience to my students by utilizing my own skills and past experiences. Because this will help them to develop a safe and bright future for themselves. And every single student who is pursuing his/her dream course with our college is equally important for us.

How does your college prepare students for the outside world and placement?

"They are made placement ready through different kinds of personality development training programs"

We always support our students in the best possible way by providing them with rigorous and customized training programs. And be it any field from Cruise Lines, Airlines, Retail and Tourism Sector, our highly qualified faculty members put their best efforts to make ready for these industries. Also, we regularly encourage our students to believe in themselves and keep upgrading their skills.

When you first joined UEI Global, what was your vision for it and how far have you come in implementing that vision?

"My aim was to offer finest quality education to students and make them corporate ready"

When I joined UEI Global, my objective was to provide the best quality education and industrial exposure to our students and make them industry ready. Also, making this institute one of the best Hotel Management institutes of our area was my another aim. My journey till date has been super amazing and I am trying to make best use of social media platforms to expand our reach among students and youths to bring the best opportunities for students and business value for college.

What are some biggest challenges which you see for UEI Global specifically?

There are different kinds of hurdles which we face on a day to day basis while strengthening the education quality of our college. But the most prominent roadblocks in front of us currently is developing the innovative teaching-learning environment for our students and enhancing our reach among our potential future students.

How do you establish a healthy relationship and environment in your college?

"By being a good listener and ensuring a trustworthy communication environment for them"

I use a very simple technique of transparent, trustworthy and continuous communication with my students in order to maintain a cordial relationship with them. Also, we address students' academic queries and issues on a timely and individual basis so that we can provide them with the resolution on an earliest basis. In addition to this, we regularly encourage our students to maintain a good relationship with their peers and juniors and create such an environment where everyone can enjoy the learning and working process.
