What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Leadership is all about working together and growing together”

Leadership is a word of responsibility. It is more about being a leader who helps in engaging people to cooperate with each other while maintaining communication and effective relations. An establishment of amicable relationship is required to move forward as a leader, which comes from working together and knowing each other well. Thus, a leader must provide strategic directions for the team to move forward and carve a path of success.

How does the curriculum of Seedling School of Law and Governance ensure the best practice of industry?

“We provide the best possible opportunities for the students”

We help them gain practical knowledge via various sources, and when they are on the verge of graduation, they have plenty of expertise to leap into the corporate world. Also, we link other relevant subjects to their core curriculum, which makes them aware of different perspectives. For example, to some extent, law subjects are connected with social aspects, which helps them understand the subject's legal side. The curriculum in the department supports a lot in exceptional cases guiding students.

What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“We want to expand our territory of knowledge”

One of the top priorities is to have research plans. Also, having more MoUs with other universities so that students can have their basics furnished and learn about the concept of other countries. The university plans to have tie-ups with the government for internships, whether in law or space and technology. It will fill confidence in students. It will also be useful for teachers and go abroad and add something to their CV, something that needs to be explored.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the aspiring students who are looking forward to joining the Institute?

“Students should have focus and determination”

As per my suggestion is concerned, students need to work hard. They need to do research. They need to focus on their studies. Also, they shouldn’t get diverted in one place or the other. A single minded focus is required to excel and students should prioritize their learnings over any other things.
