"The education sector is the system where we can do holistic development of the student. Which gives vital growth to the student as a professional". A variety of factors like everyday meetings with different people which represent the various tradition and cultures, social backgrounds, economic status, parental and peer influences, and the student’s overall perception of the Institute are considered to affect education and learning. It is a continuous process where learning is taking place, students can do the right evaluation themselves.
Being the Principal of Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
"As Principal of CAIIHM my philosophy is “Participation and Development” in Simple words ``Do and Learn '' because this is the method/Process of individual growth and it helps to understand the weakness and give guidance to convert into growth."

"Very true that the education system in India is different from other countries, but nowadays many countries are giving opportunities to their students, who are interested in completing their undergraduate programs in India."
Therefore, if we saw the current scenario of the education system, the government has given priority to skill development courses, as well as providing grants to support the students in their professional development, so that students can achieve their ambition and reach their dreams, and we are focusing and providing the freedom to the students toward their holistic development with the help of various activities, which is taken place in a different manner If they have been admitted to Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management.

As Principal of CAIIHM, my roles and responsibilities have very vied towards the Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management and the students, which are mentioned as followed;
Towards Institution:
- Basic orthodox needs to be followed strictly
- Maintained a healthy atmosphere inside the campus
- Effective communication methods to be followed
- Effective assets management
- Clear Communication with students regarding their queries
- Implementation of rules and policies for the betterment of employer as well as employee
- Discipline needs to be carried out toward Institution growth
- Formulation of the rules and policies as per the requirement of the current situation
Towards Students:
- Students’ registration process for the selected course as per their eligibility
- Documents collection and signing of all the MOU and Declaration related to the particular activities.
- Syllabus and study material provided as per the course and curriculum
- Instruction has been shared for the growth and betterment of the student
- Maintained attendance as per the institute policies and published every month last without fail.
- Provide mental and physical support to the students toward their holistic development
- Needs to be followed strictly all the rules and policies are developed by Institution
- Give an open forum to the students where they can share their views and thoughts.

"My suggestion to the current students is “Success is having no shortcut’’ these can be defined as indulging and learning"
Do not make your boundary give space for yourself and give chance to others they decide your boundary. Enjoy the work which you are doing, but always be self-disciplined.
