"Try to gather as much practical knowledge as possible and don't afraid of asking questions"

I would like to advise my dear students and youths of our society to keep learning new things and gain practical knowledge instead of focusing only on theoretical concepts. Don't be an introvert and try to explore new horizons, establish a strong professional network that can help you to grow, be grateful for the things you have and try to publish research papers. Also, develop an online presence, be authentic, reciprocative and consistent in your efforts because only then will you be able to achieve your goals.

What challenges have you faced while inculcating new programs in your curriculum?

"Lack of time for proper planning and ever changing standards and requirements of industrial and educational world are real challenge"

There are various factors which become a hindrance in our path when we add new courses in our college curriculum and the very first challenge is that we rarely get time to plan things in advance as we are already engaged in a lot of work. Apart from this, there is a lot of paperwork when Curriculum is updated and diverse learning needs of students and ever changing educational and industrial trends and standards also create challenges for us as we rarely get support from student's parents. But we have established a lot of procedures in place with time to fix these kinds of issues and the very first thing we do is that we plan most of the things in advance before the start of the semester and encourage everyone to use digital mediums to teach and learn so that paper work could be reduced. Additionally, we teach students in a wide variety of languages to bridge the gaps, try to complete tasks in time so as to reduce burnout and also provide customized training programs to students.
