What do you think are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

“A comprehensive professional leadership to enhance their growth”

An MBA to be a corporate leader, he/she should be able to take optimal business decisions in corporate life. Also, an MBA should be in a position to evaluate the current economic scenario prevailing in the country, both as a corporate leader and a responsible citizen. With this mindset, we frame a well-structured curriculum and deliver the course to the MBA participants in the most efficient manner. Our endeavour is to help MBA students think critically and become a responsible citizen. Moreover, I always try to think from the students’ point of view to understand them better and create healthy relations to boost their growth at a personal level.

How do you try to bring a practical approach towards subjects?

“Expert sessions and constant industrial exposure”

We are in constant touch with the corporate honchos. We are in regular touch with them while creating the syllabus as well as many a time including them in the lecture series and special talk sessions. We give preference to the industry relevant topics, demanding more practical knowledge and technical skills. By including case study methodology and inviting industry experts to help students relate the concepts, we align them with real life corporate scenarios.

What are the best practices offered to help students gain necessary skills?

“Influential industry interactions and better preparation”

We encourage lots of student participation in the form of student activities in the class as well as in competitions outside the campus. A significant part of our curriculum is devoted to understanding real life issues in the corporate and industry interaction. This makes the horizon of the student broader than a typical bookish guy. What valuable advice would you like to give to the students?

“Know your strengths and decide for yourself”

Every student should do a self-introspection and honestly decide what he/she should do, based on his interests and passion. Think about this mindfully and authentically. Never think what your friends are doing and follow the mass; you yourself must decide what you want to do in life. Your success will be very near to you by then only.
