Dr. Dipali Gupta is working as the Registrar at RNB Global University. She has done her Post Graduation degree in Life Science. During this period she got to experience at the world-renowned research institute; Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI), Lucknow, where she did one-month training in advanced biological techniques and six-month dissertation work as a part of her M.Sc. degree in the Department of Biochemistry. She is a qualified GATE-94 and has CSIR-UGC Fellowship. She has also completed her Ph.D. degree with CSIR Fellowship in plant tissue culture. She has 16 years of academic experience including UG and PG teaching experience. She is the Co-editor of the Souvenir of the National Conference on Emerging Trends in Microbiology and Biotechnology at DTMCB, Bikaner.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

"Satisfaction which I receive by interacting and sharing my knowledge with them"

The happiness and satisfaction which I get by sharing my knowledge with young minds keep me connected with the education sector. Along with this, every time I interact with them, it gives me something new to learn and explore. Lastly, my desire to regularly update myself with new advancements is some of the key aspects which keep connecting me with this fabulous sector. 

What is your philosophy of leadership? 

"A good leader listens to everyone and treats them equally"

In my opinion, listening to others is equally important if you want to ensure a collaborative teamwork environment. If I talk about my way of dealing with and handling people, then except at some points when a quick decision is required I take input from all members of my team, because I know their worth and skills.

Our University has a world-class Infrastructure. Since our inception, we are using the LMS-based Modern teaching tools, where students get the class notes and study materials of all the subjects on their laptops. We have ICT-enabled classrooms with LCD projectors, free Wi-Fi throughout the campus, a digital library, Language labs, a computer center, and well-equipped laboratories for all the subjects. Conferences, Seminars, webinars, workshops, Guest Lectures by Industry professionals and Industrial visits are an integral part of the curriculum, which we have adopted to regularly upgrade our students. Apart from these, summer internships after the fourth-semester project in the last semester of every program are mandatory because it ensures the development of professional skills in students. 

What do you think should be the University's top priority over the next 10 years?

"To enhance existing education quality and redesign our brand value"

I believe our top priority for the next 10 years should be to maintain and enhance the education quality in all endeavors at present. The vision of the university is quite promising and if it is followed as such then definitely RNB Global University will gain a position in the list of the world’s reputed Universities.

In my experience, we are doing an excellent job of grooming students in the best ways and making them compatible on a global level. For example, in the School of Basic and Applied Sciences in the Agriculture department, we have developed a Crop Cafeteria, Green House, Herbal Garden, Vegetable Garden, Units for Mushroom Cultivation, Vermicomposting and more to give hands-on training to students in all these fields. In-School of Law and Arts, National level Moot Courts are conducted annually in which teams from all over India participate. Our School of Commerce and Management is organizing National Conferences, an Annual conclave on HR, Marketing and finance separately.

I would like to advise my students to be more cautious while selecting a college. Look for the curriculum adopted by the college, student-teacher ratio, infrastructure facilities, available scholarships, internships and placements, extracurricular activities, and safety at the campus.
