Dr. Shashi Singhal is the Dean of School of Commerce and Management in RNB Global University. She is a diploma holder in Retail Management, gold medalist in Post-Graduation, UGC-NET Qualified, and completed PhD. Her specialization areas are marketing, customer relationship management, consumer behavior, services excellence and people performance in services. She has more than 23 years of experience in teaching, training, research, and academic leadership. Dr. Shashi Singhal also worked as Indian Chartered Financial Analysts for three years. She presented several research papers in National/International Conferences and wrote articles in various journals.
