Dr. Shashi Singhal is the Dean of School of Commerce and Management in RNB Global University. She is a diploma holder in Retail Management, gold medalist in Post-Graduation, UGC-NET Qualified, and completed PhD. Her specialization areas are marketing, customer relationship management, consumer behavior, services excellence and people performance in services.
