If I talk about the best practices, then under every single course, we keep our students updated about the latest industrial trends and demands and if required we also offer the necessary training to them to upgrade their skills. Apart from this, internal assessments and class tests are also taken to continuously monitor students' performance and growth. Lastly, we motivate our students to do internships during their semester break.

As we all know the demands and expectations of industry and the educational world keeps changing, so to keep our faculty updated with the latest happenings, we conduct various kinds of orientation and refresher programs on national and international platforms. We also prepare notes, ppts, videos, and blogs to disseminate the related knowledge to faculty and students as per their needs.

To make our students ready for this competitive world and placements, we provide them with all the information about various competitive exams and recruitments from time to time through our telegram and WhatsApp groups. We also have a proactive Placement Cell in our college that takes care of the placements. Lastly, our distinguished Alumni from Industry also help us to get our students recruited.

The College principal Prof. K.B. Sharma has a very deep-rooted vision towards the all-around development of all our students and faculty.
